Official Level 1 Lagree Teacher Training at SALT STUDIOS
Lagree is precise, intense and deeply method-driven. Teaching it well takes more than knowing the exercises. It takes timing, control, clear cueing, sharp eyes and the presence to hold a room through slow, powerful work.
Over four focused days in a small group, you will train directly with Senior Master Trainer XXX: the foundations of the method, the machine, sequencing and transitions, your cueing and your presence. Not a weekend workshop, but an official Level 1 certification for instructors serious about becoming a part of the SALT STUDIOS team.

PRINCIPLES OF THE LAGREE METHOD
The science behind the method and what sets it apart from Pilates and reformer Pilates: form, tempo, sequencing and control.
MECHANICS OF THE MACHINE
Master the MiniPro: spring changes, transitions, and how it builds strength and tone without overloading the joints.
TEACHING A STRONG GROUP CLASS
The coaching, cueing and group-class craft that makes a class people feel, and come back to.
YOUR CERTIFICATION
Your official Level 1 Lagree Certification, recognized at all Lagree studios globally with lifetime Academy access, and the prerequisite for Level 2 and 3. As part of the SALT STUDIOS team you also gain ongoing post-certification training, mock classes and complimentary class credits.

Applicants will also take part in a mock class. We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for presence, coach-ability, clarity, commitment and the potential to grow into the SALT STUDIOS way of teaching.
TRAIN

Selected applicants join the four-day official Level 1 training with XXX at SALT STUDIOS.
After successful completion, the goal is for selected graduates to join our schedule and teach a minimum of four to five classes per week at Alchemy37, based on a schedule built together with the studio.
Continuous post-certification training, mock classes, and complimentary class credits support your ongoing skill development and teaching confidence.
WHO IT’S FOR
FOR EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS READY TO GROW WITH US
We are seeking Mat or Reformer Pilates instructors with a proven minimum of one year of teaching experience, passionate about deepening their knowledge and growing within a dynamic team. What matters is that you already know how to hold space, guide people safely and lead with presence.
We especially value instructors excited by detail, intensity and precision. People who want to be trained properly. People who are ready to practice. People who understand that great teaching is built, not rushed.
This is not a one-off certification. We are building the SALT STUDIOS Lagree team, so we prioritize applicants who can realistically teach with us afterwards. Before applying, please make sure you can commit to a minimum of four to five classes per week, with the final schedule agreed together.
